What is cc-company?

cc-company is a plugin that lets you build and run a virtual organization on Claude Code.

Concept

You → Secretary (gateway) → Departments (added as needed)

• The secretary is always your point of contact
• You can consult the secretary about anything — TODO management, brainstorming, notes
• As work increases, the secretary suggests adding departments

Why a Secretary-Centered Design?

Traditional organization management tools require you to define the organizational structure before you start. But for individuals and small teams, there's no need to set up all departments from the beginning.

cc-company starts with "just a secretary."
